Terms & Conditions for PRIVILEGE CARD.

This membership card is a physical or digital card issued by Namaste Health (a division of Indiradev Infotech Pvt Ltd). It provides access to various benefits, privileges, or services.

PROCESS:

A) Process for discount on Admission in Partner Hospital:

*** This Discount will be honoured only if you are getting admitted in the partner Hospital through Namaste Health EXCLUSIVELY.

ए) पार्टनर हॉस्पिटल में प्रवेश पर छूट की प्रक्रिया:

*** यह छूट केवल तभी मान्य होगी जब आप विशेष रूप से नमस्ते हेल्थ के माध्यम से भागीदार अस्पताल में भर्ती हो रहे हों।

B) Process for other benefits:

Card fee & Renewal processes:

This card is valid for 1 year. Renewal Fee is INR 499/- per year. The card has to be renewed before expiry to continue with the card benefits. The card can be renewed on call by paying charges through call centre or through website & App.

Registration is valid only per individual whose name is mentioned on the card. Benefits are available only to the individual on whose name the card is registered. Parents > 65 years and children < 18 years can avail discount on the member’s card on production of valid relationship proof (Birth certificate/ Pan card/ Ration card/ Passport which should clearly confirm the relationship).

Transferability:

This card is Non-Transferable and Non-refundable.

Namaste Health doesn’t disclose any personal information to public. Namaste Health reserves the right to modify or change our policies at any time, also reserve the right to discontinue any or all of our services with or without notice.

Dispute redressal:

Any Dispute arising out of this membership can be addressed in the courts of Mumbai Jurisdiction.
